  • Welcome to MediConfirm Healthcare SaaS (“MediConfirm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MediConfirm Healthcare SaaS platform, including its website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service.

Changes

    • We may change these Terms at any time by notifying you of the change by email or by posting a notice on the Website. Unless stated otherwise, any change takes effect from the date set out in the notice.  You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest Terms.  By continuing to access and use the Service from the date on which the Terms are changed, you agree to be bound by the changed Terms.

v. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

(a) Service Ownership: The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Elite Health Link LLC and its licensors. All rights, title, and interest in the Service are reserved and retained by Elite Health Link LLC.

(b) User Content: By using the Service, you may have the opportunity to upload or submit content, such as data, text, images, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Elite Health Link LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service.

(c) Trademarks: The MediConfirm name and logo, and any other product or service names, trademarks, or logos displayed on the Service are the property of Elite Health Link LLC or their respective owners. You may not use any such trademarks without the prior written permission of the respective owner.

Elite Health Link LLC respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
